today’s look at Rachel Zoe SS16 was inspired by the bohemian seventies spirit. A soft, matte smokey eye, dreamy skin with a matte coral lip. Hues of suedes, chocolates and taupes complimented a pretty, youthful complexion. Faux freckles accentuated the innocence of youth with a flush of a peachy cream blush… a modern day Bridgette Bardout.- Charlotte Tilbury
- Recreate the look...
- Flood the skin with moisture by applying Magic Cream in upwards and outwards angel wing motions.
- Apply concealer only where needed to redness and blemishes. Allowing the natural skin to shine through.
- Taking a soft brown eyeliner apply faux freckles around the nose and onto the cheeks. Press the dots lightly into the skin using your fingers to soften any harsh edges
- To prep the eyes first, prime with a wash of powder across the lids. Open the eyes using eyelash curlers
- Using a blending brush to apply a wash of mixed M.A.C eyeshadows Cork and Wedo across the lid
- Accentuate eyes by blending M.A.C eyeshadow Corderoy into the socket blended out to the outer corner.
- Using a smudger brush apply a soft smokey line to the under lash line with M.A.C eyeshadow Espresso
- Line the top lash line with M.A.C liner Costa Rica, to soften the line apply M.A.C eyeshadow in Brown Down using a smudger brush.
- For bigger brighter eyes, apply Chromographic Liner in nc15/nw20 along water line.
- Coat lashes top and bottom with M.A.C mascara.
- Brows were left natural. Apply M.A.C Brow Set in Clear brushing the brows upwards.
- For plumped up fuller lips apply boldly bare and Retro Matte liquid in Lady Be Good and Mademoiselle.

Rachel Zoe SS16 Mood Board
Charlotte Tilbury Brand Images
The Rachel Zoe and Charlotte Tilbury collaboration for my catwalk images is a match made in heaven. Charlotte created the make up for the images included within the Rachel Zoe mood board and they reflect not only the trend Rachel was going for, for her ss16 collection but the make up also mirrors Charlotte's work for her brand and her brands image.
As you can see within the mood boards, flawless skin, perfected structure and nude lips are a staple style with both artists.
